This house has it all! Six bedrooms with two beds in each room and a private en-suite bath for each room. It’s like having 6 hotel rooms in a beautiful home with all the amenities you need! Great for friends or families traveling together. Note that there isn’t a bathtub in any of the rooms if you are traveling with young children. The only caveat I would add. The host very responsive when we had a drain plug stuck down in a bathroom sink. No weekend exceptions to fixes with Bear Country. The huge main floor had plenty of room to be together but not on top of each other. Kitchen and dining area amazing. Restaurant across the street has great pizza and casual dining menu too. We’d for sure return here in the future.

Awesome place in a really great location. On a chain of lakes, close to shops, restaurants and some of the best biking trails in Wisconsin if not the entire Midwest.

Beautiful home and lake views!! Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Nice location. Brooke was very responsive to our questions. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Brooke for a great week!

Clean Lodge on road just above Manitowish Waters. located just a little bit above the end of the bike path which reaches as far as the winman mountain biking center. Well stocked kitchen. Clean gas stove and fridge. Plenty of plates and cups, and cooking utensils. comfortable bed. Lovely view of lake from room. Heating system works well. there is a 2 ft drop off into the lake and an excellent dock. If using their canoe, you would enter from the dock (not a beach entry). Host provides materials you need to clean dishes and kitchen area. Towels of good quality. we enjoyed our stay. No spiders or ants found in the unit, which is great in a lakefront location. The Sawyer room is part of the lodge, and is not an independently standing cabin.

We stayed here for 9 nights and it was incredible! Clean house, great location and beautiful surroundings. The town store was close if we needed anything. Close boat landing and fishing was great, so many lakes to choose from on the chain. I would highly recommend Bear Country! Debbie was great, she helped answer any questions we had in a timely manner. Mike K

We absolutely loved staying at The Adelaide House! It was very well decorated and a cozy environment, with just about every amenity thought of! Beds and sheets were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet, and a great spot to bike around before we hit the biking trails. The Vilas trail from Manitowish Waters to Boulder Junction was the best trail we have been on!! Ate at Little Bohemia one night, and Manny's the second night (which had great live music). Excellent weekend!

The property was clean & exactly as portrayed in the photos and description. The location is peaceful & private with restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment nearby. We especially enjoyed the comfy beds! While the weather didn't cooperate, we were still able to fish, hike & enjoy the bikes. The property manager Brooke was extremely pleasant & helpful. We have stayed at this cabin before & we will definitely be back!

Incredible lakeside views just minutes from some of the best trail systems in the Midwest! Our host was quick to respond, very helpful, and overall this was one of the best homes we've had the pleasure of staying at.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet get-a-way location. The fishing on this lake was not great, but the calm waters made for wonderful kayaking and exploring. The host was wonderfully responsive and ensured that we had her private number in case any issues arose. We did take day explorations into the UP for waterfall excursions and then another day to visit Big Bay state park in WI. The rest of the time we stayed more local and went into Presque Isle - the veteran's memorial is amazing - as well as to Boulder Junction for coffee and a great tackle and bait shop. Thanks to the area already having had frost we literally had no mosquitos and were able to stay out on a clear night on the pier and watch shooting stars.
